<br/><br/> We are very fortunate to have our Guest of Honor and Speaker Secretary JAIME J. BAUTISTA of the Department of Transportation (DOTr). Secretary Bautista is best known as the former president of the Philippine Airlines (PAL). He served in various executive capacities in the Lucio Tan group for 39 years, and the last 24 years for Philippine Airlines and its subsidiaries. Secretary Jaime Bautista bring his expertise in private-sector management into the country's transport department and will lead the DOTr in maintaining, expanding, and improving the country's transportation system, as well as addressing the country's transport crisis.
