It will thus be a huge relief for one to know that the financial consequence of such a rueful episode is adequately covered by the state's health insurance fund. No less than the Constitution articulates and upholds the people's right to health and right to health care, and therefore, the government corporate entity tasked to administer the health insurance system must perform its mandate with utmost judiciousness and competence.
