This is in keeping with the State's declared policy articulated in no less than our fundamental law, which states: "The Philippines x x x adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation, and amity with all nations. " As citizens, and as Rotarians (consistent with our role as peace builders and goodwill seekers), we must do our humble share in promoting this lofty policy of peace and amity.
