<br/><br/> Those earth-shaking, ear-splitting sounds emanating from Plaza Moraga, disagreeably reminiscent of 1945, are the doings of Rotarians Gil and Gene Puyat, who seem intent on demolishing the Jones Bridge. Gene says the new bridge will open for traffic by next September.
