<br/><br/> Two prominent rotarians, Monching del Rosario and Gene Puyat, President and Vice-President, respectively, of the national organization of the Jaycees, left yesterday for Brussels, Belgium, to attend the world congress of Junior Chamber International. Let us hope that Monching and Gene find time in attending some rotary meetings even if it is not in their itinerary.
