N2  - 1. If there are matters that the various chairmen of the standing committees wish to be incorporated in the President's annual report, kindly hand the same to Mr. Dedal.  2. During my absence the meetings will be presided over by our Vice-President and President-elect Balmy. I know that, as usual, you will all give him the necessary support.  3. Let me remind you again to try to finish any unfinished business or projects that we may have so that we may be able to close this Rotary year with a feeling of duty well done.
