N2  - The Editor of the Balita regrets very much the discontinuance of the cartoons due to the sudden illness of the cartoonist he has at his disposal. You must have noticed in the past the presence of an innocent looking stranger in our club meetings who was always working on some subject with paper and pencil on hand. Elmer Abustan (this is his name) has done this service to us "gratis" and we hope to see him fully recovered soon.
