N2  - Many Rotarians do not realize or appreciate how much time and effort the district governor gives to Rotary. Yes-gives! He receives no compensation. He is reimbursed only for necessary out-of-pocket expenses. While engaged in Rotary activity, be is also trying to maintain the business or profession which means his livelihood. It would be well to keep these facts is mind whenever your governor asks you to give a little extra service to Rotary. If he asks you to make a special effort in getting ready for, or following through on his visit to your club, please remember that he is coming to your club not for his own gratification or pleasure but because he wants to be of assistance to you, if possible Cooperate with him! It will pay real dividends for your club
