N2  - Belgium will be the first country to issue com- memorative stamps of the Golden Anniversary of Rotary. The stamp will be issued tomorrow, Sept- ember 10, and will appear at the same time as that of two other stamps commemorating the regional conference to be held these days in Ostend.  We wish to repeat that Rotarians interested in acquiring the different Rotary stamps which will be put out by many countries during the Golden Anniversary year should contact stamp dealer, Rogelio de Jesus, at 2263-C Azcarraga.
