There may be five kinds of membership, namely: active, honorary, past service, senior, and substitute. --- IT HAS BEEN ASKED: Do we not have the kind of membership known as "Additional Active Member"? Our Club Constitution provided for Additional Active Members, and although "additional" they come under the heading of "Active". --- IT HAS BEEN ASKED: How many kinds of members do we have in the Rotary Club of Manila? We have three kinds of membership in the Rotary Club of Manila: Active, (including Additional Active) Senior Active, and Honorary. Some say we should make it four and include the "Not So Active". --- IT HAS BEEN ASKED: Who can become a member of the Rotary Club of Manila? Any adult male person of good character and good business reputation - engaged as proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or manager, of any worthy and recognized business; holding an important position in an executive capacity with discretionary authority in any worthy and recognized business; acting as the local agent or branch representative of any worthy and recognized business, having entire charge of such agency or branch in an executive capacity; and Any adult male person of good character and good professional reputation engaged in any worthy and recognized profession.
