In grateful recognition and heartfelt appreciation for all its valuable services and support during the successful conduct of a Joint Humanitarian Assistance Mission on 26-31 August 2001 in Basilan General Hospital, Basilan Province which provided medico-surgical/dental/opthalmological treatments to, 1,954 poor patients who came from the seven (7) city of municipalities of the Island. -- Diomedio P.
