Our Rotary International Secretary, Philip Lovejoy, writing to our District Governor, Emy Javier, expressed satisfaction over the success of our District Assembly held in Naga recently. Phil stated in part as follows: “Your District Assembly was an excellent one and I am sure that all the officers of the Clubs who attended went away well instructed and eager to carry out all your suggestions. Your efficiency and enthusiasm are highly commendable and will mean further advancement for Rotary in the Philippines.” While we congratulate ourselves for our record, let us continue to scale even greater heights for Rotary.
