Minister Regala stated that because of strict control on dollar exchange, this visit of Australian Rotarians can only be carried out if it would be possible for them to stay in the homes of local Rotarians. Furthermore, the Australian Rotarians would only be too glad to reciprocate and will invite Manila Rotarians to visit Sidney under the same conditions. Take a bow, Balmy! The department of commerce last Tuesday completed five years of its life, and of course the genial secretary, Cornelio "Balmy" Balmaceda was all smiles. More power to you, Mr. Secretary. To his many distinctions, Jose "Joe" Y. Crosa added another.
