Description: page 18-19 In: Rotary Club of Manila. The Rotary Balita No. 724 to 748Summary: Every club will receive (mailed to the secretary) a copy of the proceedings of the Paris Convention. This copy is gratis and is for the club library. In addition many requests were received at the convention from delegates who desired copies for their personal use. If there are any members of your club who desire copies, such requests should be sent to the secretariat as soon as possible since the quantity of books printed will depend on the orders in hand. As herefore, the "Proceedings Book" will be in English and will include the principal addresses delivered at the convention. The book will include the proposed enactments and resolutions, including the convention action taken on each one. There will be a section devoted to the very outstanding vocational service panel and the discussion of the questions which followed. Under the heading of "Convention Highlights" the "Proceedings Book" will contain a running story of the convention - the magnificent entertainment and other interesting features. There will also be the President's, Secretary's and Treasurer's annual reports, and convention statistics including the registration and the list of countries represented. There will be many human interest photographs of convention scenes and events. and there will be portraits of the newly elected R. I. officers together with a nine-page section devoted to the portraits of all district governors.
