The Rotary Balita No. 775 to 799Summary: MALOLOS GOVERNOR'S VISIT Last week, the official visit of Governor Danding Romualdez was held with practically all members of the Club attending. It was a most successful visit in spite of the weather which forced Governor Danding to travel by bus from Bocaue to Malolos due to the floods. All the committee chairmen were present and at the suggestion of Governor Danding, several projects will be accomplished this year, namely, the bi-weekly publication of a club bulletin and the 100% attendance, at least once a month. The chairmen of the different committees presented their reports to the Governor enumerating the project of their respective groups. Governor Danding was visibly impressed by the efficiency of the Committee Chairmen and their comprehensive reports and did so express during his address to the club, Typical of the reports received and work initiated by the different committees, were the following projects submitted by Vic Aldaba, Chairman of the Vocational Service Committee: VOCATIONAL SERVICE: Food Production Projects - 1955-1956 Rotary Year under Food Production Committee - Vic Aldaba, Chairman; P. W. Tantoco, J. B. Robles, Doc Santiago, and Nonong Centeno, members. 1. Goals - Each member of this committee to produce as his project, and help three to five persons in his community, produce food - a total of 50 doves, twenty chickens, five pigs, and five carabaos is the production goal by the Committee. a. A member will start with a pair of dove, a hen, a pig, and a female carabao - and each of the fifteen outsiders to produce a like number of each kind. b. The outsiders will be assisted by the members of the committee in getting their work started and in taking care of the project in progress. 2. Progress reports of the work will be submitted to the chairman of their committee a month before the close of the year. 3.
