The success of Rotary does not depend upon the number of members we take into our clubs or in the number of clubs we take into the organization. It does depend upon whether we are successfully teaching our members the precepts of Rotary, inspiring them with our great object, thereby creating a better citizenship and a better understanding among all men everywhere.
