One of the resolutions passed by the Board of Directors on January 5, 1949: "That the number of active and additional active members in the club drawn from activities owned or controlled by one corporate entity or same corporate body, shall be limited to 10% of the total membership of the Club." "Tell me, why do women live longer than men?" "I don't know, unless it's because paint is a great preservative."
