Zamboanga City October 10, 1952 The President Rotary Club Manila, Philippines Dear Sir: In the name of the whole family of Mrs. Virginie S. de la Cruz, we heartily convey through your humble person our deep and profound gratitude for all the attention and help extended to her. Through your past President (Philippine Band of Mercy), Mr. E. Lolarga and Secretary Mr. R. Dedal, who recommended Mrs. De la Cruz, to the San Miguel Brewery for an artificial limb, and as a result her request was granted. Now she is on her way to recovery and through GOD's will and guidance she will soon be able to walk again.
