The Rotary Balita no. 730 (September 24, 1953).
A pictorial feature in the October issue of "The Rotarian" indicates the substantial progress being made on construction of the headquarters building. Architects Maher and MeGrew and Contractor Schweitzer, all of whom are Rotarians, report that work is going forward ahead of schedule. The cement work for the first floor has been fully completed and more than half of the second floor concrete work has been poured. Last week the laying of the exterior stonework was commenced. From this point on the building will begin to take on the appearance that it will have when completed.
