UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES November 12, 1952 Mr. Hans Menzi President, Rotary Club of Manila Manila, Philippines My dear Mr. Menzi: The United Nations Regional Conference of Non Governmental Organizations on Public Information held in Manila from October 24 to October 30, 1952, could not have achieved its ends without the cooperation of civic-spirited citizens. The delightful dinner which you tendered in honor of the delegates was one of the interesting phases of the Conference which provided our overseas delegates with a sampling of Filipino hospitality.
