Primitivo "Tiving" Lovina proposed formation of an allocation committee outside the Central Bank to take charge of the licensing of imports and the allocation of exchange. New directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines which held elections recently, are Hilarion Henares, Francisco "Paco" Delgado, and Jose "Pepe" Tiosejo.
