THE OBJECT OF THE ROTARY: The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster: 1. The development of acquaintance as ant opportunity for service; 2. High ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying by each Rotarian of his occupation as an opportunity to serve society; 3. The application of the ideal of service by every Rotarian to his personal, business and community life; 4. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace throughout the world. fellowship of business and professional men. united in the ideal of service. – ANG LAYUNIN NG ROTARY: Pasiglahin at paunlarin ang simulain ng paglilingkod bilang batayan ng isang gawaing karapatdapat, at laluna'y pasiglahin at paunlarin: 1. Ang pakikipagkaibigan na isang pagkakataon sa paglilingkod; 2. Ang mataas na uri ng tuntunin sa pangangalakal at sa hanapbuhay; ang pagkilala sa kahalagahan ng mga gawaing kapakipakinabang at ang pagbibigay-dangal ng bawa’t Rotaryo sa kanyang hanapbuhay bilang pagkakataon upang makapaglingkod sa lipunan; 3. Ang pagsasakatuparan sa simulain ng paglilingkod ng bawa't Rotaryo sa kanyang pansarili, panghanapbuhay at pambayang pamumuhay; 4. Ang pagpapalago ng pagkakaunawaan, mabuting kalooban, at kapayapaan ng mga bansa sa pamamagitan ng isang pandaigdig na kapatiran ng mga propesyonal na nabubuklod sa simulain ng paglilingkod. – EL PROGRAMA DE ROTARY: Estimular y fomentar el "Ideal de Servicio" como base de toda empresa digna y, en particular, estimular y fomentar: 1. El conocimiento mutuo y la amistad como ocasión de servir; 2. La buena fe como norma en los negocios y en las profesiones; el aprecio de toda ocupación util y la dignificación de la propia en servicio de la sociedad; 3. La aplicación del ideal de servicio por todos los rotarios a su vida privada, profesional y publica; 4. La inteligencia, la buena voluntad y la paz entre las naciones por el compañerismo de sus hombres de negocios y profesionales, unidos en el ideal de servicio.
