The key to the effectiveness of the whole Rotary program is to be found in the personal relationship between the individual member and his own Club. Unless he finds reason for pride in his membership, unless he comes to Rotary meetings willingly and gladly, unless he joins in the Club activities, his Rotary life is reduced to a mere mechanical observance of rules.
