| Summary, etc. | Funny how many of our song books have developed wings and flown off to distant places. Are we to assume that at least 68 of us, or our friends, are childish souvenir hunters? Ned Hall's pleadings sell insurance but fail to keep song books on the table and out of pockets. We had been wondering when our new district governor, Ben Gaston, would put in a personal appearance. He did on July 29th. Welcome, Governor Ben; come again. Lorry Lolarga looks good. It's nice to see him, and the whole club congratulates him on his recovery. Balmy's smile again brightens up the club. And we're glad to see pre-war Rotarian Alec Frieder back with us again. Emy said, "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend your right to say it." Let us change that a bit for Senator Confesor to: "We may not agree, but we enjoy hearing you say it." |
