Summary, etc. The Rotary Club of Tacloban has inaugurated project which is called Tacloban Rotary Cale and will be developed in a five-minute speech to delivered by Rotarians during the different times of the year. The program committee refer to the Rotary Calendar from time to time so will be the Rotarians affected who have requested to be ready to give their five-minute any week when called upon.
