Summary, etc. ATLANTIC CITY, (Reuter) - Ninety Rotary International fellowships for students in thirty-three countries, enabling them to study outside their own countries. for a year, were announced at the annual convention of Rotary here on May 29. Value of grants ranged from $1,800 to $3,400. The students included: Matilde Lucente Montilla, Tacloban. Philippines; Arjunado Phalha, Gwalida, India; Kumbukuge S. Wimalasehera, Horane, Ceylon; and Sadako Nakamura, Tokyo, Japan.
