Rotary was founded on 23 February 1905 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. To celebrate the historc event of its 100 years of service, this commemorative medal is an offer to all Rotarians and Rotary Clubs as souvenier for the Centinnial of Rotary by RC Cosmopolitan Cubao, R.I. District 3780, Quexon City, Philippines. -- The obverse design features the 96th annual Chicago Rotary International Convention 2005 logo while the reverse design presents the Rotary wheel.
