Addressing the Dumaguete Rotarians, Dr. Hodgson said that he believed there is great need at this time for ''stimulation of human relations" and added that this need could be met by "vocational, community and international service.'' He also called upon national leaders to place more emphasis on the education of the youth. In the course of his address, Dr. Hodgson issued an invitation to local Rotarians to visit his Rotary museum on Rhode Island and said the Philippines would be represented in it.
