Mark this as another good whack at the ball for Rotarian "A.P." Reyes who is in the field swinging it out as president of the exclusive Wack-Wack Golf Club. The club's P35,000 World Open Championship tilt scheduled to commence on November 24 has all the earmarks of a spectacular sportsfest. The participation of well-known U.S., Australian and Spanish golfers in the tournament will undoubtedly help a lot in making the event the biggest yet turned out by the club to date. A pre-tournament feature that will add more interest to the affair is the golf clinic which will be held at the Wack-Wack grounds two or three days before the big contest. All the four American golfers coming will demonstrate the common defects of every golfer and will try to give their own versions of how these defects may be corrected. All in all, it's going to be a big day for all divot diggers and golf enthusiasts including the Rotarians, many of whom will surely be around.
