"Can reduction d armaments lead to peace?" was the question discussed with American and English students speaking for both affirmative and negative sides. Heard throughout the British Isles through government facilities and from a major station in Toledo, this pro- gram demonstrated the tremendous opportunities of radio in advancing international understanding and in service to youth.
