The camp program included visits to near- by industries and scenic places, participation in the festival of St. Olave's Day, in Sarpsborg, and sightseeing in Oslo, with visits to the Folk Museum, the Viking Ships, the Kon-Tiki raft, and last, a party for the camp members and Rotarians at Elingaard. "I feel certain," said District Governor Elias Sandvig, in welcoming the campers, "that when young people meet in an in- formal way they will learn to understand each others' problems.
