Rotary Anns honored at the national mental hospital

The Rotary Balita No. 775 to 799Summary: Last June 24th a program was held at the National Mental Hospital and a special presentation was given in honor of the officers and members of the Inner Wheel Club of Manila and other organizations "who have contributed much and are still helping in the social rehabilitation of our patients." The program included a concert by the Bureau of Hospitals Band and a short play which was acted by an all-patient cast. At the intermission, there was planting of charity trees, the Tree No. 1 planted by Mrs. Paulino J.
