These new members require proper acquaintance with the traditional responsibilities and mutual benefits of Rotary to preserve the character of the club. The indoctrination committee does a fine job but looks to you who have been enjoying membership for a few years to recognize the new members sitting near you. Service is the first Rotary tradition.
