Whoever will be declared the outstanding Rotarian during this Rotary year in the Rotary Club of Vigan will receive a trophy donated by our own Jack Preysler. We are pleased to publish the resolution of appreciation adopted by the Vigan Club at the receipt of the trophy. Preysler, member of the Rotary Club of Manila, and Vice President of San Miguel Brewery, has donated to this Club, a trophy to be awarded to the OUTSTANDING VIGAN ROTARIAN FOR 1953-54; and WHEREAS, such liberality on the part of Rotarian "Jack" is a proof of his high civic spirit. and of his great concern for the progress of the Rotary movement NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded.
