Mrs. Gilbreth is the true-to-life mother of the Gilbreth dozen, immortalized in the recent book and motion picture "Cheaper by the Dozen." The famous woman industrial consultant will stay in the Philippines for three months to advise the MSA-PHILCUSA-sponsored Institute of Public Administration, University of the Philippines, on in-service training programs. She will emphasize here work simplification, work standards and methods of improvement as applied to government. Mrs. Gilbreth is carrying on the work which she and her husband began, has been connected with. several big schools in the United States, has lectured all over the country, and intends to visit. Formosa, Australia and then attend the 11th International Management Congress in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The Gilbreths started this world meet in 1904.
