MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS: (Club Constitution, Art III Section 2) 1. Adult person of good character and good busi ness reputation; 2. Engaged as proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or manager, of any worthy and recognized business. 3. Or holding an important position in an execu- tive position in an executive capacity with dis- cretionary authority in any worthy and recog- nized business; 4. Or acting as the local agent or branch repre- sentative of any worthy and recognized busi- ness, having entire charge of such agency or branch in an executive capacity; and 5. Adult person of good character and good professional reputation engaged in any worthy and recognized profession.
