LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP 1. Loss of classification. (AUTOMATIC) (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 2a) 2. Non-Attendance at the regular weekly meetings. (AUTOMATIC) (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 7a) 3. Failure to obtain 60% attendance during the first or second six months of the club's fiscal year. (AUTOMATIC) (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 7b) 4. Non-payment of dues. (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 6) 5. Cease to have the stated qualifications for membership. (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 5a) 6. For reasons which the board of directors may deem to be sufficient. (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 5b) 7. By resignation. (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 8) ATTENDANCE ATTENDANCE RULE (Club Constitution, Art. IV, Sec. 7a) The membership of any active, past service, or senior active member who is absent from four (4) consecutive meetings of his club shall automatically terminate, unless such absence is made un as hereinafter provided, or he is excused by the board of directors for good and sufficient reason. Absence at a regular meeting of the club may be made up by attendance at a regular meeting of any other club on any of the six (6) days immediately preceding the day of absence, on the day of the absence itself, or on any of the six (6) days immediately following the day of absence, provided notice of such attendance is given to the club. The membership of any active, past service, or senior active member whose percentage of atten- dance is less than sixty (60) per cent during the first or second six months of the club's fiscal year shall automatically terminate, unless he is excused. by the board of directors for good and sufficient reason.
