Eugenio "Pad Padua, board member and former president of the Manila boy scout council, inducted into office recently the officers of the Manila eagle scout fraternity at the annual convention of the fraternity. Lopez, Grand Trustee "Jim" Hernandez, finance secretary, designated all municipal and city treasurers as ex-oficio labor registrars under the Workmen's Compensation Law to help the labor department facilitate the registration of business establishments. The opening salvo in the 8th national fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross fired Monday, February 7, at a press luncheon was sponsored by top PNRC officials.
