The Rotary Balita No. 749 to 774Summary: At the recent district assembly in Legaspi, Baguio City was chosen to receive the delegates and all the district conference for the year 1955-56 which will be held around February 1956. The Rotary Club of Zamboanga presented its bid for the conference to be held in that city but the delegates in voting selected Baguio. Governor nominee Danding Romualdez has offered to Zamboanga to be the site for the district assembly. It has been announced that Governor nominee Danding has began preparations for the district conference in Baguio. He will fly to Baguio this week in order to discuss with the host club the plans and make certain appointments after consultation with the Baguio Rotarians. Danding wants to have all these plans underway before he leaves for the United States to attend the International Convention.
