The Rotary Balita no. 710 (December 4, 1952)

That Rotarians in India are singing at their meetings is indicated by an item in the monthly letter of Governor Edul Eduljee of the 54th district, in which he advises that the Rotary Club of Nasik has 90 gramaphone records of the Rotary song, in Hindu, entitled "Is-i-ka-nam Rotary," which the club is offering for sale to other Rotary Clubs. Governor Eduljee says, "This is a very stirring Rotary song which you heard Soli Pavri, an old member of the Nasik club, sing at our district assembly." At the conference of the 55th district last year those present sang not only in English but in Tamil. Telegu, Kannarese and in Hindu as well!
