Led by Sergio Bayan, president, members of the Philippine Chamber of Industries, presented a manifesto to members of Congress last Friday. The manifesto asked the solons to protect the interests of local industries. Benito "Ben" Legarda is mighty proud. Wife Trining Legarda was chosen by the Association of Red Feather Agency Executives as the "civic leader of 1952." On the occasion of the jubilee of the Philippine Medical Association, our glad hand goes to the following medicos of Manila Rotary: Antonio "Tony" Villarama, Rufino "Pinong" Abriol, Alfonso "Doc" Ayesa, Ramon "Doc" Campos, Paulino Garcia, Gumersindo "Gumer" Garcia, Romeo: "Romy" Gustilo, Mariano "Ike" Icasiano, Nicanor "Nick" Jacinto, Oscar Jacinto, T.
