The Program Planning Committee of R. I. has recommended that Rotary clubs plan to hold their big Golden Anniversary Birthday Parties on the evening of 23 February, 1955, if convenient or possible. If not, it is suggested that the party be held during the week of 23 February. As announced in the last issue of the Balita, the Rotary Club of Manila, following the suggestion of Rotary International, will celebrate the Golden Anniversary of our great organization on February 23rd. Fix this date in your mind as one of the "musts" you have to attend. This birthday party will mark the beginning for the Rotary Club of Manila of many celebrations ahead. Watch for the announcements in this column on the plans approved by the different committees and the Board of Directors of the most outstanding celebration of our Golden Anniversary.
