A Rotary Club is neither an old man's club nor a young man's club. It is a club of business and professional men. A Rotarian must be an executive of a leading business or a top man in his profession. As it normally takes time to become a business or professional man of Rotary size, there are naturally many men in Rotary who would not be classed as young in years. However, Rotary is a coalescence of age and youth. There is a place for both. Together, working as a unit, they form an unbeatable team.
