The Rotary Balita no. 721 (May 21, 1953)

Governor "Ben" Legarda who left recently for the Rotary International Convention at Paris can rest assured that the affairs he left in the District Governor's office is adequately attended to. In his absence, he had especially requested and appointed Past Governor "Emy" Javier Acting Governor and as Adviser to "Tony" Anton, to whom the preparation and printing of the Governor's letters had been entrusted. Fellow Rotarians who are in need of help can contact him - his services are always available. To the new Acting Governor "Emy" Javier and to "Tony" Anton - our congrats for the coveted appointments. So too our belated bon voyage to Governor "Ben" Lgarda. May he have the "bests" of everything in Paris.
