Frisby, Governor-elect of R. I. District No. 80, with juris. diction over eight Rotary Clubs of the Federated Malay States, Sarawak, Siam, and Singapore. Governor-elect "Fris" attended the R. I Assembly at Lake Placid where he met our Governor-elect Art Ilagan. Unable to attend the Paris R. I. 44th Convention, "Fris" returned to Singapore passing through Manila for a 24-hour sojourn.
