Governor Romualdez reports on the selection of Rotary foundation fellow

The Rotary Balita No. 775 to 799Summary: January 3, 1956 To All Club Presidents and Secretaries: For the information and record of your Club, please be advised that the District Selecting Com- mittee has chosen Miss Maria Antonia Gonzalvez, nominee of the Rotary Club of Dumaguete, as the District's selectee. As alternate, Miss Adelaida Y. Ardeño, nominee of the Rotary Club of Iloilo, has been selected. There were a total of 14 applicants for Rotary Foundation Fellowship as sponsored by the various clubs in the District The list of these 14 applicants are itemized under Schedule A. The following enclosures are also submitted for your record: (1) Statement of Points for the selection of the District Selecting Committee as adopted by the said Committee (Schedule B). (2) Letter report of the Chairman of the Dis- trict Selecting Committee dated December 13, 1955 (Schedule C). It is regretted that certain clubs did not follow the complete procedure required in submitting their nominees for Rotary Foundation Fellowship.
