President A. Z. Baker has appointed 48 experienced and especially qualified R. I. officers to serve throughout the world as Rotary Information and Extension Counselors for 1955-56. The Rotary Counselor for our District 48 is our own Ted Hall, Past District Governor and Fiscal Agent. A call is hereby made for a one-day District Institute on Rotary Information and Extension to be held in accordance with the enclosed schedule. Please take note of the group under which your club belongs and of the date of the institute as well as the site thereof. It is requested that you arrange to have the participants from your club to be at the site not later than nine o'clock on the designated date: The Institute is in the nature of a "workshop." led by the Counselor assigned to our District. I am enclosing an official pamphlet from Rotary International regarding this District Institute. It is extremely important that the participants called for in the pamphlets be in attendance.
