This recognition of Rotary's leadership in that country is deeply appreciated. President Herb Taylor and his wife, Gloria, left last week for a full month of Rotary visits in Ibero America. Following a brief stopover in Miami, Florida, U.S.A., they flew to San Juan, Puerto Rico, to attend the third annual international gathering of Rotarians from islands of the Caribbean area.
