Led by Dr. Ramon "Doc" Campos, a delegation of Knights of Columbus called on President Magsaysay recently and presented him with a plaque on which had been engraved an oath to the Philippine flag. University of the East President Francisco "Da lup" Dalupan was a speaker on the second day of the four-day biennial convention of UNESCO. Dr. Dalupan spoke on vocational and academic education. Manuel "Manny" de Leon of LVN, president of the Philippine Movie Producers Association, is in charge of a grand show at the New Luneta which will highlight the celebration of Industry Week. Improvement of the harbor service was pledged by Commissioner of Customs Manuel "Manny" P. Manahan as he inaugurated a new customs building in the Manila north harbor. A report on his trip abroad was given President Magsaysay by Senator Gil Puyat. Gil arrived from his travel recently. Congratulations to Gaudencio "Gaudy" Antoning. He is president of the just-inaugurated Producers and Exporters Association of the Philippines. "Take up farming," Reyes, chairman of the Philippine national commit- urged Teofilo "Rex" D. Reyes of the International Chamber of Commerce, before students of Mapa high school. He was convocation speaker at the occupational guidance convocation of the Manila school. On the 24th anniversary of Adamson University, a doff of our hat in the direction of the Adamaok brothers: "Doctor" and "Aleco." With the board of directors of the Philippine Standards Association. Inc. are two Manila Rotarians.
