District conference in Baguio opens today

The Rotary Balita No. 775 to 799Summary: As announced in former issues of this magazine, the District Conference of Rotary in the Philippines will begin today in Baguio with C. T. Wang representing the President of Rotary International. This District Conference will nominate the district governor for the incoming Rotary year 1956 who will take his office on July 1st.
